P0128 Coolant Thermostat (Coolant Temperature Below Thermostat Regulating Temperature)

P0128 means the engine did not reach the expected operating temperature in the time allowed after start-up. The coolant is running cooler than the thermostat should allow, so the module flags it.

Diagnostic boundary
